Morenia Casino Card Deck

Add the card deck from the Morenia Casino cruiser in Star Wars: Outlaws to your gaming collection.

This is our reproduction of the variant playing cards introduced in the Wildcards DLC for Star Wars: Outlaws. Seen through-out the casino lounge deck on-board the cruiser Morenia, these cards are manipulated by the dealers in a series of animated loops which appear to depict at least two unspecified games with similarities to Blackjack.

Using these animation loops as the jumping off point, Mike Corry developed these into the game of Kinzo (with similarities to Blackjack) and rules for Six Limit Gizka (based on Shut-the-Box games).

The Morenia or 'Kinzo' cards feature a variant numbering system with a passing resemblance to Mayan numbering conventions. Whereas Mayan numerals replace the number 5 with a tally figure, these cards appear to use a tally figure for the number 4. Mike introduces this element directly into the rules for Kinzo, where hitting a tally figure closes the dealer's drawing phase.

The Kinzo game played aboard the Morenia utilises a six sided dice, but carrying only the values 1-3 on its faces. You can download 3D print files for a pair of Kinzo dice here!

Proceeds from these decks are mostly absorbed by MPC with a small percentage going to the maintenance of Games of the Galaxy and the Holocard Cantina App.
